Cheshire County’s Pandemic Emergency Relief Fund (PERF)
Passed by the Cheshire County Delegation on August 8, 2021, the Pandemic Emergency Relief Fund (PERF) utilizes ARPA Local Fiscal Recovery Funds to provide $1,000,000 in grant funding to Cheshire County small businesses and nonprofits that experienced negative economic impacts due to COVID-19. Grant award amounts will range between $1,000 and $20,000, with final award amounts being based on the information provided in the following applications, pro-rata to the number of awardees. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the available award amounts, Cheshire County will prioritize eligible applicants in the order that they applied. The application period opens today (9/1/21), closes 9/24/21.
