Please note that we will have an assessor from Commerford Nieder & Perkins in town for the next couple of weeks. His name is Eric Ober and he is driving a white 2016 Chevy Malibu Number Plate 5068444.
Eric is doing data collection as part of the Town's 5 year cyclical revaluation. While you do not have to let them on your property, please note that they can only reduce values of property due to less than perfect condition if they are able to see it with their own eyes.
